KUCHIL KAAB

Group of women dedicated to the production and creation of food, medicinal, and cosmetic products derived from native stingless bee honey (Melipona beecheii) and Apis mellifera bees. They also work with traditional Mayan medicine, growing their own plants and creating products from them.

MIEL DE LA FAMILIA PAT​

Family-owned business dedicated to the production of honey from melipona bees and Apis bees. They create various products from honey, take advantage of the blooming of diverse plant species, and care for the forest. Located in the Los Petenes Biosphere Reserve, they preserve and share Mayan knowledge.

NAJIL TUCHA

Community cooperative offering ecotourism services since 2003 in the Otoch Ma'ax yéetel Koh Flora and Fauna Protection Area in Punta Laguna, near the border between Yucatán and Quintana Roo. The cooperative is run by the local community and is home to spider monkeys and howler monkeys. It is located by a beautiful lagoon where visitors can swim and be mesmerized by the scenery.

Woman-led ecotourism company located in the municipality of Othón P. Blanco, Quintana Roo.
