K'áaxe' kuxtal, k'áaxe' tuláakal
The forest is life, the forest is everything.

Our objectives are to study, strengthen, and raise awareness about the importance of conserving and sustainably using the forest (tropical forests) in the Yucatán Peninsula, recognizing that Maya communities are the primary stewards of the territories, knowledge, and practices that have preserved them for centuries.
